ONE LOVE BOARDSHOP CONTEST
As you know .. yesterday Michael of One Love Boardshop organised his own contest at Ice-Mountain (Komen, BE). NOSA KETTING - ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER
A few weeks ago Nosa called me if he could stay at my place in Amsterdam for a week. “No problem! Its gonna be good weather so lots of opportunities to skate!”. Of course Nosa wasn't planning to skate, but to party non stop... and thats exactly what happened. If Shake Junt was a dutch crew, Nosa definitely would be one of the leaders. Unfortunately for Nosa we planned to skate on Saturday... his last day in Amsterdam.

TRAINSPOTTING .. TECH9 STYLE
Over the years, weve had a lot of Graff running all over the city, most of which is now buffed over, but they are legacy continues in a lot of our artwork you'll see today in our boards, bindings and outerwear.  Every now and then if your lucky, youll see a Technine logo on a freight or coal car representing its origin from the spray can and rolling up and down the line throughout the states. Our dog Glenn Billiau is one of our riders who is pushing himself every week to new limits during shred sessions at the local indoor slopes, during contests and really lives of the love for his snowboarding. Jonas Staut made this deserved video interview of Glenn for his schoolwork.

WE WON!!!  MAGOON PRO = TOP AWARD BINDING
We got some great news from Snowboard Magazine. The Magoon Pro binding has been select and won the Platinum Pick Award.  Every company in snowboarding was invited to submit for this test.  A focus group of snowboarders test rode all the submitted bindings then picked the top designed bindings for 2009/10. The winners will be featured in the Snowboard Buyers guide and presented as the best bindings in snowboarding!!

10 YEARS D'STORE

“GUESS HOW MANY STAIRS ” CONTEST!
What happens when you get sick of spilling expensive gazoil when you are on a mission to find the perfect rail? You just build that rail in your backyard !!!!!! This past summer a few T9 riders and Cole got this crazy idea to build a monster wood handrail in Cole's backyard.  This beast was a much bigger project than they anticipated.  Jonah claimed he had carpenter skills in his genes and it wouldnt take but a few days to build.  Yeah Right..

REPORT: JIBSY KINGS vol. 1
Last weekend we had a goodtime at Snowbase, indoorslope of Terneuzen, during the Jibsy Kings snowjam. A contest organised by Snowbase & One Love Boardshop. Immediately the first real snowboard event of this fresh indoorslope. We arrived early in the morning and saw that the local shapers did a hell of a good job. Big up for them. And the shit got hit ..by 114 Benelux riders who showed up!!!!

T9 CREW IN ANDORRA
After having a sick time in Spain the crew packed up the van and headed to Andorra.  For anyone who has not heard of Andorra it’s a small country that sits between Spain and France.  Andorra is situated in the eastern Pyrenees Mountains and is the 6th smallest country in Europe.  Our bro' in crime from Spain "Jose" and his crew set everything up and without them this trip would never have happened!

The Technine crew recently returned from Spain and Andorra.  They were there for a Snowboarder Magazine Feature and to do some filming for the new FODT release of “Hard To Earn”.  To see all the action that went down you will have to wait till fall when the Snowboarder issue comes out or when the movie drops. RETURN OF THE KING
After last years knee injury MFM is back. One month ago was MFM's first day shooting and he is now ready to go. It was a year ago that he hurt his knee at the X-games. Now he is back stronger then ever and will be working with Cole getting shots for his new movie "Hard To Earn" and photos for ads, web and magazines. He is back with sick style as always and ready to leave his mark in snowboarding. MFM sporting some new sound gear!
